Works with what you have
The Navy blue version is detectable by existing X-ray, infrared and metal detection systems. No process change and no capital investment in new equipment.
Flagship product
Not a conventional Meat Fastener. FinTrak™ is large and finned — no T-end to remain in the meat, too big to overlook — and made to be seen by the X-ray, infrared and metal detection already on your line. Developed over three years with a major processor. Now ready.

See it in use
Built for meat processing. Strong enough for daily use. Data you can trust. Helps you meet food-safety standards without slowing the line.

Colours
Of the colours below, Navy blue is the detectable FinTrak™ — seen by the X-ray, infrared and metal detection already on the line. The others are visual versions for day colour-coding. They are not detectable. Further versions are in development, including built-in RFID, QR code and NFC.
Tap a colour — the picture changes.
Conventional Meat Fasteners use a T-end that can remain in the meat. That piece has to be found before the product leaves the plant. A missed piece can mean a line stop and a recall — at high cost in waste, labour and downtime.
FinTrak™ is a different product: large and finned, not a thin pin. One piece — no T-end to remain in the meat. It cannot be overlooked, and X-ray, infrared and metal detection can see it. Same job, same speed. Developed over three years with a major processor. Now ready for the line.
